  8. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.

  11. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
  12. Election Card / Voter ID.
  13. Arm’s license.

Is PAN Card Duplicate Copy required?

Financial Institutions or Banks ask to give PAN Card as PAN proof. If PAN Card is not present with you or not found, you can apply for PAN Card Duplicate Copy and present Duplicate PAN Card.
