Yes, the Physical PAN Card will have Applicant's Signature & Father's Name along with Applicant's Name, Birth-Date & Photo. All details will be printed on Physical PAN Card.

You can convert ePAN to Physical PAN Card by filling up above paperless online application 'ePAN to Physical PAN Card Application Form' and submit required documents. Once online process is completed then Physical PAN card will be sent to your address in courier/post.

PAN holder details is printed on Physical Card by Income Tax Department. It has PAN number printed on top and contains PAN holder's name, date of birth, father's name. It also has Hologram which makes it genuine ID proof for its holder. This is why Physical PAN Card from ePAN is asked to by banks or other financial institutions as proof of Identity.

To convert ePAN to Physical PAN Card, following documents are required:

1. Arm’s license.
2. Election Card / Voter ID.
3. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
4. Driving License.
5. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
6. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
7. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
8. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
9. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
10. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
11. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
12. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
13. Passport.
14. Aadhaar Card.
15. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.

2. Latest property tax assessment order.
3. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
4. Election Card / Voter ID.
5. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
6. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
7. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
8. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.

Physical Card from ePAN will be delivered to PAN Holder's Home Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying ePAN to Physical Card. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
