For PAN Card Hard Copy Application following documents are required:

Identity Proof (Any one of the following):
  1. Aadhaar Card.
  2. Election Card / Voter ID.
  3. Driving License.

  5. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
  6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.

  9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
  10. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
  11. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
  12. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
  13. Arm’s license.
  14. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
  15. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.

  19. Employer certificate in original.
  20. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.

Who has to sign the PAN Hard Copy application?

PAN Holder needs to sign the PAN Card Hard Copy Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.
