ePAN to Normal PAN Card Application

PAN holder details is printed on Normal Card by Income Tax Department. It has PAN number printed on top and contains PAN holder's name, date of birth, father's name. It also has Hologram which makes it genuine ID proof for its holder. This is why Normal PAN Card from ePAN is asked to by banks or other financial institutions as proof of Identity.

Some Banks or Financial Institutions ask to present Normal PAN Card as PAN proof even though we have ePAN copy while opening bank account or any work related to loans. At such moments it is necessary to convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card.

You can get Normal PAN Card from ePAN by filling up the above ePAN to Normal Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

To convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card, you need to Apply for 'ePAN to Normal PAN Card' using above Application Form and get Normal Card delivered at home as per address mentioned in the form.

Following documents are required to convert ePAN to Normal PAN Card :

1. Aadhaar Card.
2. Pension payment order.
3. Marriage Certificate.
4. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
5. 10ᵗʰ or 12ᵗʰ Mark Sheet of recognized Board.
6. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
7. Driving License.
8. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
9. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
10. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
11. Passport.
12. Election Card / Voter ID.
13. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth.
14. Matriculation certificate.

1. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
2. Aadhaar Card.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
4. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
5. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
6. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
7. Arm’s license.
8. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
9. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
10. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
11. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
12. Driving License.
13. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
14. Passport.
15. Election Card / Voter ID.

1. Employer certificate in original.
2. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
3. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
4. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
5. Aadhaar Card.
6. Election Card / Voter ID.
7. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
8. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
9. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
10. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
11. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
12. Driving License.
13. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
14. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
15. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
16. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
17. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
18. Property Registration Document.
19. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
20. Passport.
21. Latest property tax assessment order.
22. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.

Normal Card from ePAN will be delivered to PAN Holder's Home Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying ePAN to Normal Card. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
