New HUF PAN Card Application

PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is ten-digit unique alphanumeric number. The fourth character of PAN reflects the PAN holder's status. The letter 'H' represents HUF (E.g. AYZHG2108L).

You can apply for HUF PAN Card online by filling up the above HUF PAN Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

For HUF PAN Card following documents are required:

1. HUF Deed
2. HUF Affidavit
3. HUF Gift Deed

1. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
2. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
4. Driving License.
5. Arm’s license.
6. Passport.
7. Election Card / Voter ID.
8. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
10. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
11. Aadhaar Card.
12. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
13. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
14. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
15. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
16. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.

1. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
2. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
3. Aadhaar Card.
4. Passport.
5. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
6. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
7. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
8. Driving License.
9. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
10. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
11. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
12. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
13. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
14. Latest property tax assessment order.
15. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
16. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
17. Property Registration Document.
18. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
19. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
20. Employer certificate in original.
21. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
22. Election Card / Voter ID.
23. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.

HUF's Karta needs to sign the PAN Card Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.

HUF PAN Card will be delivered to HUF Karta's Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying pan card for minor online. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
