HUF Karta's Identity Proof (Any one):
  1. Election Card / Voter ID.
  2. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
  3. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
  4. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
  5. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
  6. Aadhaar Card.
  7. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
  8. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
  9. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
  10. Arm’s license.
  11. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
  12. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
  13. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
  14. Driving License.
  15. Passport.
  16. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
HUF Karta's Address Proof (Any one):
  1. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
  2. Passport.
  3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
  4. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
  5. Employer certificate in original.
  6. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
  7. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
  8. Property Registration Document.
  9. Latest property tax assessment order.
  10. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
  11. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
  12. Driving License.
  13. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
  14. Election Card / Voter ID.
  15. Aadhaar Card.
  16. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
  17. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
  18. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
  19. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
  20. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
  21. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
  22. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
  23. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
Who has to sign the PAN application for HUF?
HUF's Karta needs to sign the PAN Card Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.
How HUF PAN Card will be delivered?
HUF PAN Card will be delivered to HUF Karta's Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying pan card for minor online. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
